Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate: This special new bar of ours has been in the works for quite a few years and a dream to offer as a full time product in our line. This is our version of the perfect chocolate peanut butter cup! Using our 55% dark chocolate, we combined nutty, Brazilian cacao and delicious peanut butter powder, made from freshly roasted peanuts. The result is a bar that is silky smooth, both sweet and savory, and undeniably decadent!
Strawberries + Cream - To create this decadent bar we layer our award-winning 72% Belize dark chocolate with single origin white chocolate made with A2/A2 whole milk and freeze dried strawberries. The result is a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth treat that tastes JUST like the real thing!

The Chocolate Story.
Deeply rooted in a background of woodworking and boat building, we have always loved working with our hands. The concept of craft has been a guiding principle in our lives. We became fascinated with a new challenge and loved the idea of reinventing the chocolate experience. In 2010 we bought some small-scale equipment and began making chocolate from the bean. We use organic cacao and organic cane sugar in our chocolate. We hope you will get as much enjoyment as eating our chocolate as we do making it.
